Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our lifestyle team as a Lifestyle Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lifestyle activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of residents.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of older adults and be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of residents
  • Conduct assessments to understand resident preferences and needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver events and activities that foster a sense of community
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff members

You will work closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compassion.

Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or similar qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Great IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • NDIS and Police check clearance
