**Senior Retirement Community Manager Opportunity**

About the Role

This exciting position involves overseeing the overall management of multiple retirement villages, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high standards are met in all aspects, including facilities, community, and hospitality. You will be responsible for promoting healthy ageing practices, providing health information to residents, and facilitating access to relevant services to support their independence.

You will work closely with the Village & Cafe Operations Manager to ensure that policies, procedures, and documentation comply with current legislation and industry standards. Your leadership skills will enable you to drive site improvements, manage budgets, and achieve financial targets.

As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent customer service management skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in business planning and financial management.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**

- Providing outstanding customer service to residents and stakeholders

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple retirement villages

- Managing budgets and achieving financial targets

- Promoting healthy ageing practices and facilitating access to relevant services

- Collaborating with the Village & Cafe Operations Manager to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
