Retirement Village Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the daily operations of our retirement village. As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide respectful and person-centered service to residents
  • Support residents' wellbeing, independence, and sense of connection
  • Liaise with maintenance and service teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Manage records and correspondence using our systems
  • Help foster a positive and inclusive village culture
Requirements:
  • Calm, level-headed, and professional approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Great communication and conflict resolution skills
  • A warm and welcoming personality with a desire to support older people
