We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our innovative team at Home-in, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting customers through their home-buying journey.

As part of our Operations and Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of each customer's property journey, from search to settlement. This dynamic role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role:

  • Manage multiple work streams, processing tasks across the property purchase journey, including contract review, exchange, and settlement.
  • Liaise with lawyer partners and lenders to ensure our platform provides a comprehensive one-stop shop for customers.
  • Respond to customer queries, demonstrating empathy and commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Process tasks and support requests within agreed turnaround times.
  • Maintain consistent accuracy in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date on business rules, operating procedures, quality standards, and internal policies.

  • A few years of experience in customer service, administration, or operational support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
