Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Care Coordinator to join our client's team. In this role, you will support clients through the construction phase of their purchase, liaising with builders and mortgage brokers, coordinating pre-settlement inspections, and ensuring a smooth handover process.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values initiative, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with builders and mortgage brokers to assist clients prepare for construction
  • Keep clients advised of the builders progress and estimated completion timeframes
  • Support clients with finding property managers and signing relevant agency agreements
  • Coordinate pre-settlement inspections and support through handover & defect stage
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a similar client care role with either a property investment company, house and land sales team, or builder (essential)
  • Strong administration skills with proven ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build good rapport with clients
  • The capacity to think outside the square and show initiative
  • Flexibility in working hours due to the nature of the industry

Salary Information

The salary for this role is $80,000 + superannuation per annum, reflecting the candidate's experience and qualifications.
