Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join our team, supporting customers throughout their home-buying journey. This role involves managing multiple work streams, liaising with partners, and delivering exceptional service via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tasks such as contract review, exchange, and settlement across the property purchase journey.
  • Liaise with lawyer partners and lenders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, prioritizing empathy and professionalism.
  • Process customer support requests and tasks within agreed turnaround times, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
