Role Overview

As a Property Acquisition Specialist at Aussie, you'll be a trusted advisor to clients navigating their home buying journey. Your key objective will be to provide expert guidance and insights, support clients in making informed property decisions, and secure the best possible outcomes.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of something groundbreaking – the first cohort of Buyer's Agents at Aussie.

Responsibilities
  • Taking detailed client briefs to understand their property goals
  • Staying up-to-date on market conditions, real estate landscape, regulatory updates, and property news
  • Sourcing potential properties across on-market, pre-market, and off-market listings that meet client requirements
  • Conducting thorough research and due diligence to assess potential risks
  • Negotiating purchase prices and terms to secure favourable deals for clients
  • Managing relationships with real estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process
Requirements
  • Valid Class 2 Real Estate License
  • Proven experience as a Buyer's Agent or Seller's Agent
  • In-depth knowledge of the Australian property market
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Australian property market and regulatory environment
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities

Compensation Package

Our Property Acquisition Specialists can expect a competitive salary and bonus structure, along with self-employed commission-based opportunities. A realistic OTE of $150-$200K.
