About Performance Marketing

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing professional to join our team. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and conversion through the development and management of comprehensive campaigns across paid search, affiliates, and app stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), affiliates (Canstar, Finder), and app stores (Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns)
  • Measure campaign performance rigorously, identifying trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and optimization recommendations
  • Work closely with digital advertising platforms and internal teams to deliver innovations to our digital advertising program
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in running performance marketing campaigns
  • Ability to manage large media budgets and execute campaigns to drive acquisition volume efficiently
  • Proven experience in experimentation and A/B testing, including developing test-and-learn frameworks and initiatives to drive conversion
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Datorama, and ThoughtSpot
