Marketing Growth Specialist

ShopBack is seeking a skilled Marketing Growth Specialist to lead customer acquisition and drive strategic growth. This role involves championing performance marketing, scaling acquisition efforts on key paid channels, and establishing a continuous test-measure-learn process.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion performance marketing in Australia and work with our in-house agency to scale acquisition efforts on key paid channels.
  • Lead paid social content efforts including high-impact levers such as creative, post-click experience, and algorithmic optimisations.
  • Establish a continuous test-measure-learn process to optimise paid social content performance.
  • Monitor in detail campaign performance to derive actionable insights.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a high-intensity growth marketing or performance marketing role.
  • Driven and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition across digital channels.
  • Highly skilled in data analysis and able to use insights to drive better strategies.
  • Experience scaling paid campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Strong experience working on successful partnerships with sound unit economics.
