Bar Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bar Operations Manager to join our team at a modern venue in Melbourne. As Bar Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations, including purchasing, stock ordering, and wastage management.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage various aspects of bar operations, including purchasing and stock ordering.
- Maintain high-quality beverage preparation and service standards.
- Ensure the venue's beverage program is current, exciting, and appealing to guests.
- Lead a small bar team to deliver efficient and high-quality beverage service.
- Control financial aspects relevant to the bar operation.
- Work collaboratively with the venues' management team to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
- Maintain bar facilities to OH&S standards.
- Previous experience as a Bar Operations Manager in a multi-faceted venue.
- Exceptional knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and craft beers.
- Valid RSA certificate.
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and able to work autonomously.
- Possess excellent communication skills and a personable approach.
- Proven people management experience and team engagement skills.
