The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of bar management, including inventory control, presentation, and team leadership, while driving excellence in a fun and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing bar team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Develop and implement beverage menus, promotions, and activations that meet brand standards
  • Mentor, train, and inspire a positive work culture
  • Monitor and manage costings and operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume cocktail bar or premium restaurant bar
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails with creativity and flair
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop staff
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
