Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Job Description

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the delivery of freight to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Your primary focus will be on effective utilisation of CEVA's sub-contractors and contract carriers to meet customer and statutory requirements.

  • Plan and manifest deliveries to achieve DIFOT targets and cost management goals
  • Book additional transport as required to meet customer needs
  • Liaise with depot supervisors and team leaders to ensure timely loading of vehicles
  • Ensure all incidents, hazards, and non-compliances are reported and corrective actions implemented in a timely manner
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Basic to intermediate skills in MS Office applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and customer service skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, suggest solutions or escalate as needed
