Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Assistant to provide administrative support to our HR department. This role involves handling a variety of personnel-related tasks, ensuring smooth communication between HR managers and employees, and contributing to the coordination of HR policies and processes.

This is a 3-month volunteer program or traineeship that will provide valuable experience in HR operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, providing support to HR executives, compiling and updating employee records, and processing documentation and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with daily operations within the HR department
  • Providing support to Human Resources executives
  • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Processing documentation and preparing reports

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of labor laws and screening procedures
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
