**About the Role**:
Reporting to a supportive and experienced HR Manager, who will become your mentor to develop your career, this newly created position presents an exciting opportunity to use your HR skills to support our aged care homes throughout QLD and NSW.

You will provide recruitment and onboarding support, as well as assist with HR operational matters, ensuring that HR best practice is maintained.

**About Yourself**:

- Demonstrated experience within a HR generalist role
- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Must be able to travel extensively both within QLD and interstate
- Valid Driver's licence
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Analytical and critical reasoning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Advanced computer and data entry skills
- Experience within aged care (desirable)
- Experience with grievance investigations (desirable)
- Experience reviewing employment law (desirable)
- Valid working rights in Australia, a valid police check and current COVID vaccinations
