About The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to join our team as Payroll And Hr Operations Lead.

In this role, you will assist with managing the day-to-day Payroll and PeopleConnect functions, along with supporting our global People and Culture teams. You will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders and leaders across the business to provide assistance for payroll and operational HR requirements.
Key responsibilities include owning the delivery of HR Operations related projects including global expansion initiatives and HRIS improvement initiatives (both local and global), system and global leader support for the Group performance and development cycle, and managing escalated employee and leader enquiries and support the global HR team on related HR and payroll topics, such as policy, benefits, and local legislation.
Additionally, you will administer a wide range of HR related procedures and take ownership of policies to support global and local business requirements, and own payroll compliance responsibilities across Australia & New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing payroll across Australia and working closely with HR to get the best results for all employees, as well as experience communicating with and advising stakeholders at multiple levels across the business.
You will also have a strong understanding of industrial awards, be confident in your problem solving abilities in a deadline driven environment, and have experience managing external providers and government departments in conjunction with legislative reporting.
