We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Coordinator of Human Resources. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment where you can grow both personally and professionally.

About the Role

As a HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's day-to-day operations. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and providing general HR support, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that our employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

You will maintain accurate HR records and documentation, provide HR assistance and guidance, assist with performance management procedures, coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, provide administration support, and assist with Client Consulting work as needed.

About You

To succeed as a HR Coordinator, you will be someone who has 2-3 years' experience in a HR Generalist or HR Administration position, experienced working in Public Practice or a corporate environment, tertiary qualified in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field, able to build positive relationships, highly organized, an excellent communicator, confidential with sensitive information, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
