We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical support and ensuring minimal downtime for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintaining a range of forklifts and warehouse equipment on-site with customers
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
- Maintaining accurate service records and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A trade qualification in heavy or light vehicle mechanics, plant, diesel, or similar
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- A customer-focused attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
- A current driver's license
