Honing Your Skills as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic
We are seeking an experienced heavy diesel mechanic to join our team. As a heavy diesel mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of large-scale mobile mining equipment.
The ideal candidate will have trade qualifications in plant mechanics and experience working with heavy earthmoving equipment. You will also have strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
In this role, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including excavators, drill rigs, and other ancillary equipment. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that all equipment is running efficiently and safely.

About You
- Trade Qualified Plant Mechanic Certificate III Automotive Mechanical Technology (Heavy Vehicle Mobile Equipment) or similar
- Post-trade experience working in the Mining or Heavy Earth Moving industry
- Experience in general maintenance, breakdowns, component changeouts and servicing of Heavy Earthmoving equipment
