Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, and assemble fleet vehicles to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain all company vehicles and assets according to manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Perform maintenance work according to established procedures and communicate any issues effectively.
  • Attend breakdowns and carry out field-related mechanical repairs.
  • Ensure adherence to Work, Health & Safety requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in vehicle service and maintenance; training provided for skill development.
  • Adherence to safety standards and company policies.
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork experience on daily maintenance and repair schedules.
  • Proactivity, adaptability, and a drive to improve processes.
  • Passion for achieving outcomes.
  • MR or HR driver's license (preferred).
