Key responsibilities include preparing patient information for scanning, coordinating with colleagues, releasing confidential patient data in accordance with strict protocols, verifying the accuracy of scanned/uploaded information, merging patient records, updating information on different systems, greeting visitors, medical record filing and retrieval, and sorting internal correspondence.

Essential qualities include being able to prioritise tasks, plan ahead, work efficiently under pressure, and demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Patient Administration systems.
