Job Title: Human Resources Analyst

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Maintain and manage key people and financial datasets to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems;
  • Analyse data to support decision-making, including workforce assessments and skills mapping;
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and identify trends, risks, and opportunities;
  • Support the People & Culture team with project coordination, governance, and stakeholder engagement materials;
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing data workflows and creating tools and templates to improve team efficiency.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • You enjoy using data to tell stories and support business strategy through the people & culture function;
  • Experience in a HR Systems or HR Analyst style role previously, where you have had to use Microsoft Excel and the VLOOKUP and pivot table functions – Power BI reporting would be highly regarded, although not essential;
  • Experience in a financial services environment would be highly regarded;
  • Ability to commence and commit to a contract position; and
  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources, employment relations, employment law or related business discipline.
