We are seeking a talented HR professional to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and has experience in HR business partnering. You will be responsible for working closely with senior business stakeholders to design and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals.

As an HR Business Partner, you will provide expert advice on strategic people solutions and drive key people initiatives. You will also lead employee engagement initiatives, analyze survey results, and implement action plans to improve workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
  • Liaising with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Analyzing HR metrics and dashboards to inform decision-making and monitor effectiveness of HR programs
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in HR business partnering or a related field
  • Experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and employee engagement
  • Strong expertise in HR analytics, change management, and employee relations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
