As a seasoned Human Resources professional, you will play a key role in shaping the people strategy of our organisation. This is a part-time opportunity with the autonomy to design and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.

The job involves designing and implementing an HR strategy aligned to business goals, overseeing recruitment processes, conducting onboarding and induction programs for new hires, and handling day-to-day employee relations issues. You will also drive employee engagement initiatives, develop and deliver learning and development programs, and manage the full performance management cycle.

Required skills and qualifications include generalist HR experience in a fast-paced or growing business, a deep understanding of HR best practices, legislation, and compliance, strong employee relations and stakeholder engagement skills, and experience with HRIS platforms.
