Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Sydney.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing HR administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Administer time and attendance, payroll, and HR platforms to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Prepare employment contracts and new starter packs.
  • Coordinate new starter onboarding plans in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate key HR programs such as annual performance reviews, KPI setting and salary reviews.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
  • Completing analysis and reports of key HR metrics.
  • Assist in designing and implementing onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a similar HR administration or coordinator role.
  • Outstanding organisational and administrative skills.
  • Time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relationship management skills.
  • Confidentiality and discretion.
  • Analytical and reporting skills.
  • Outcomes focused.
  • Process orientated.
