The People and Culture Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the People and Culture (P&C) team. This includes managing contracts, personnel files, HR records, and employee information.

The successful candidate will have a qualification in Human Resources and proven experience in a similar role. Key skills and qualifications include excellent attention to detail, demonstrated understanding of confidentiality issues related to Human Resource management, approachability and strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritise work in a busy and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage contracts, personnel files, HR records, and employee information.">
  • Monitor and respond to queries in P&C and Recruitment inboxes, escalating complex matters as needed.">
  • Support end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, shortlisting, interview preparations, requesting references, recording management, and candidate communication.">
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.">
  • Coordinate and deliver RACP induction programs.">
  • Organise training, including invitations, venues, materials, catering, equipment.">
  • Plan organisation-wide events for key dates.">
  • Produce monthly employment statistics reports.">
  • Maintain employee records in the HRIS (Elmo).">
