People and Culture Coordinator
Role OverviewThis exciting opportunity involves working in a hybrid role that encompasses a wide range of Human Resources practices. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively across various teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team for effective and timely HR services to staff and managers.
- Support the team in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee milestones, and departures.
- Manage the planning and delivery of Learning and Development programs.
- Maintain employee data in the global HRIS system ensuring accuracy.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employee change letters.
- Contribute to the development and review of HR procedures and policies to ensure compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be a team player and possess excellent communication skills. A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business, commerce, or human resources is essential. At least two years' experience in a similar role is also required. Strong IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are necessary.
