Job Title: Strategic Risk Governance Specialist

Overview:

The Enterprise Risk Manager plays a pivotal role in our organisation by leading the development and implementation of a robust Risk Management Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and uplift the Risk Management Framework to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Implement Business Resilience Frameworks to mitigate potential risks and threats.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk management activities such as risk assessments and reporting.
  • Facilitate risk and resilience workshops and training to enhance stakeholder understanding.
  • Provide expert risk and resilience advisory services to support informed decision-making.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required to drive business outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5-6+ years of experience in risk management with a proven track record of success.
  • Relevant tertiary education in a field related to risk management or a closely aligned discipline.
  • A hands-on approach with a strong willingness to deliver results-driven outcomes.
  • A pragmatic and proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Ability to navigate change and adapt to new situations with ease.
  • Experience working in aged care, housing, property, real estate, construction, or utilities is highly regarded.
