Key Responsibilities and Requirements

The Senior Analyst supports regulatory engagement, risk governance and reporting across the organisation.

  • Coordinate regulatory interactions, including meetings, documentation and responses.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare high-quality materials for regulator interactions.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assist in preparing submissions and reporting activities.
  • Support risk reporting and governance processes for boards and executive committees.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing effective regulatory strategies.
  2. Coordinating with regulators to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  3. Providing strategic advice on regulatory matters to senior management.
  4. Preparing and presenting reports on regulatory changes and developments.
Skills and Qualifications

Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience in a similar senior risk analyst or project coordinator role supporting compliance, governance or regulatory relations in APRA/ASIC regulated industries.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills in writing risk reports and using enterprise GRC software solutions.
