Job Summary:

The Risk Governance Manager will provide strategic support to the Group Executive in overseeing and driving a strong risk culture across the business. This role requires building effective relationships with key stakeholders, providing insight and advice to inform business decisions and drive compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support regular review and assurance of the control environment for the Platforms Division.
  • Monitor and manage risks within agreed parameters, including active monitoring of the risk profile, risk assessments, incident analysis, and risk metrics.
  • Implement and maintain risk governance frameworks or standards for the Super, Retirement, and Platforms Divisions.
  • Support business use of risk management information (MI) tools, including developing dashboards and reporting.
  • Support key business change initiatives, collaborating with business and regulatory projects.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in risk management, providing risk advice, designing controls, and implementing reporting.
  • Proven experience establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships at various levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically, and effective communication skills.
