Job Overview

Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, this position is responsible for overseeing the preparation and coordination of all Group, Statutory, and Board reporting for the Blackmores Group. The ideal candidate will possess a background in a Big 4 accounting firm, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and a keen eye for numerical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and coordination of all Kirin, Group, Statutory, and Board reporting for the Blackmores Group
  • Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and control deficiencies, including impairment assessments and revenue recognition
  • Maintain robust financial data through effective governance controls and sustainable data management practices
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic business decisions
  • Strengthen financial controls through policy documentation and balance sheet analysis
  • Deliver business partnering services to central business units

Candidate Profile:

  • A qualified accountant with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience from a Big 4 firm
  • Proven experience in leading reporting for large organizations
  • Detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills, capable of evaluating financial reports
  • Collaborative team player, skilled in driving accurate information from business units
