Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Conflicts Team as a lawyer with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform conflicts of interest searches and analyse the results;
  • Liaise with local and global partners to manage potential conflicts and information barriers;
  • Review prospective clients for reputational and financial risks;
  • Assist in reviewing contractual arrangements and advising on legal and commercial risks;
  • Train staff on conflicts matters across our offices;
  • Provide general legal support and assistance to the General Counsel and Risk team.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent research and analytical skills, a high level of attention to detail, and relevant corporate, commercial, and/or compliance experience. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, a good team player, and wants to be part of a close, collaborative, and high-performing team.
