Drive Revenue Growth with Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach

As a strategic and analytical Director of Revenue, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and optimizing performance across all departments at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach. With a focus on data-driven decision-making and market analysis, you will leverage your expertise to maximize profitability and ensure the continued success of our luxury property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic pricing and inventory management strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify revenue opportunities and market trends.
  • Oversee distribution channels, ensure optimal inventory allocation and rate positioning.
  • Develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and business projections.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
