Revenue Optimization Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and optimizing profitability for our luxury hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic pricing and inventory management strategies to maximize revenue across all revenue streams.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify revenue opportunities and market trends.
- Oversee distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct channels, to ensure optimal inventory allocation and rate positioning.
- Develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and business projections.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
