Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Director of Revenue to drive revenue growth and optimize performance across all departments. As a key member of our leadership team, you will leverage your expertise in data-driven decision-making and market analysis to maximize profitability and ensure the continued success of our luxury property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement strategic pricing and inventory management strategies to maximize revenue and minimize losses.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify revenue opportunities and market trends.
  • Distribution Management: Oversee distribution channels, ensure optimal inventory allocation and rate positioning.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and business projections.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
