We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented New Claims Coordinator to join our Eligibility team at Gallagher Bassett. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate registration of new claims, enabling our eligibility function to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately identify and code new claims, ensuring compliance with specified timeframes
- Register new claims in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Verify claim lodgement details with employers and workers, as required
- Monitor new claims inboxes and registration queues, taking prompt action as necessary
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline, preferred
