About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Eligibility Entitlement Specialist to join our team at Gallagher Bassett. As a key member of our Eligibility Branch, you will provide senior technical advice and support to Eligibility Officers, engaging with various parties to ensure sustainable eligibility decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide cost-effective, professional, and customer-focused workers compensation claims management services.
- Determine liability for complex claims within the designated timeframe.
- Act as a technical reference point for team members, providing advice and mentoring to increase capability and reach the right outcome for injured workers and employers.
- Collaborate with other claims departments to deliver sustainable and well-informed decisions.
About You
We are looking for a workers compensation expert with a high level of technical expertise, strong client and customer engagement skills, and knowledge of general business and administrative practices. You will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking, as well as coaching and mentoring skills and experience.
