Eligibility Entitlement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Eligibility Entitlement Specialist to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our Eligibility Branch, you will play a critical role in providing senior technical advice and support to Eligibility Officers in making complex Eligibility decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a cost-effective, professional, and customer-focused workers compensation claims management service for all WorkSafe clients.
- Determine liability for claims of a complex nature within the designated 28-day claims determination timeframe.
- Act as a technical reference point for other team members, providing technical advice and mentoring to increase capability and reach the right outcome for Injured Workers and Employers.
- Collaborate with other claims departments to deliver sustainable and well-informed decisions.
We are looking for a Workers Compensation expert with a high level of technical expertise, strong client and customer engagement skills, and excellent analytical skills. You will have a strong understanding of the Accident Compensation Act and be able to apply your knowledge to make informed decisions.
