Job Title

As a strategic workforce management specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal deployment of resources across various locations. This involves effective planning, coordination, and review of staff allocation to meet the demands of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Develop and implement comprehensive resource plans that take into account seasonal fluctuations, sick leave, maternity leave, and other factors that may impact staff availability.
  • Staff Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless staff movement and optimal coverage for all locations.
  • Forecasting: Collaborate with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Teams to plan for hires and address any staffing gaps identified through real-time data analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in manpower planning, resource allocation, and similar fields.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience: Experience working in industries and projects where customer satisfaction is paramount.
