Human Resources Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team.

This role will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, maintaining and advancing our HR functions, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

  • Provide support for HR employee relations issues and offer guidance on policy interpretation.
  • Develop business cases, proposals, and reports for review and approval.
  • Coordinate compliance reporting, including annual reporting.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures while ensuring best practices.
  • Manage the Return to Work Plan and related projects.
  • Oversee the Workplace Wellbeing Program, including health and education initiatives.
  • Coordinate quarterly information sessions for new employees.
  • Manage and report on the Performance Management Program.
  • Coordinate internal and external training and development programs for staff and Managers.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field are essential.
  • A minimum of four years experience in a generalist HR role.
  • A minimum of three years experience in a corporate professional environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in workplace legislative compliance.
  • Proficiency in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  • Highly proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs.
