Human Resources Strategic Partner

Role Overview:

As a Human Resources Strategic Partner, you will work closely with organisational leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies that drive business growth and success.

  • Provide expert advice on all aspects of human resources including workforce development, industrial relations, employee relations, talent management, employment life cycle, organisational development, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the deployment of internal and external resources to support business strategy and plans. They will also build strong partnerships with senior leaders within our client groups and establish high levels of professional credibility.

  • Develop and maintain a specialist portfolio in one or more aspects of human resources, such as talent management, enterprise bargaining, and workforce planning.
  • Engage in coaching and mentoring others to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Effectively manage conflict resolution and grievance processes through mediation and conciliation.
