Spiritual Development Specialist

Main Responsibilities- Support staff members in obtaining necessary teaching certifications.
- Lead educational programs across four Victorian campuses.
- Foster spiritual growth among students, families, and staff through dialogue and reflective practices.
- Develop curriculum materials to deepen students' understanding of Catholic traditions.
- Enhance staff knowledge and appreciation of Catholic traditions through professional development initiatives.
- Implement excursion and incursion programs to promote cultural awareness and understanding.
- A bachelor's degree in education or a related field and eligibility for VIT registration.
- A qualification in theology or spirituality, or relevant experience in teaching these subjects.
- An understanding of Aboriginal culture and values, as well as an awareness of current issues affecting Aboriginal communities.
- A commitment to upholding the organization's values and objectives.
