Job Title: Spiritual Care Provider

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Spiritual Care Provider to join our team. This is a full-time, ongoing position based at our Freier campus.

The successful applicant will have significant responsibility for providing spiritual care and guidance to students and staff, ensuring the effective delivery of a contemporary chaplaincy program.

The role involves leading worship services, developing pastoral care programs, and collaborating with wellbeing staff to enhance student wellbeing and achieve school goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide spiritual care and guidance to students and staff
  • Lead worship services and develop pastoral care programs
  • Collaborate with wellbeing staff to enhance student wellbeing
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Priest of the Anglican Communion who meets the Archbishop's requirements to be licensed in the Diocese of Melbourne
  • Qualifications in Theology, Education and Counselling, Social Work or Psychology
  • Experience in pastoral and/or counselling areas
  • Proven ability as a skilled orator and adept leader of worship
