Your Role:
- Check in and check out hotel guests with a warm welcome
- Maintain accurate guest accounts with attention to detail
- Take reservations as required, ensuring seamless guest experience
- Assist with all guest enquiries and direct internal and external phone calls with professionalism
- Create a welcoming impression as an ambassador for the hotel at all times

Required Skills:
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of OPERA Software or similar highly regarded systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and electric personality
- Articulate and confident
