About This Opportunity

This is an excellent chance for career growth within a close-knit team. You'll work on retail fit-out & refurbishment projects for top Australian retailers, drafting and negotiating contracts, providing advice on contractual obligations, and reporting on compliance to minimise risk.

You will work autonomously on smaller engagements and in teams on larger ones, also providing project coordination support to help achieve flawless execution of projects within the contract duration, scope, and budget.

About You

We're looking for someone with strong commercial acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and a sound understanding of contractual requirements to ensure that contracts meet legislative obligations.

  • Experience in Contracts Administration or similar in commercial construction.
  • Proven experience in fast-paced retail fit-out & refurbishment projects.
  • Experienced in various contract types.
  • Expert knowledge of contractual legal requirements and strong commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
  • Self-driven and resourceful; natural problem solver capable of working across multiple projects at once.
  • Builds positive and productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Building/Construction Management or relevant field are essential.
