Contract Administration is a critical function that plays a key role in the success of our projects.

Job Overview

This position will be responsible for managing subcontracts, ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations. You will lead the preparation and review of bid request packages, develop project contracts operating procedures and ensure subcontract compliance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review bid request packages to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain project contracts operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate operational activities affecting contractual rights and obligations.
  • Ensure timely submission of required documentation and reports.
  • Analyze and resolve contract-related issues and discrepancies.

Skill Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. You must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Contract Management, Business Administration or related field.

Professional Certifications:

CCP, CPCM or equivalent certification preferred.

Work Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration or related field.

Other Requirements:

Familiarity with industry-standard contract management software and systems.

Able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
