Job Description:

As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing tender packages, negotiating and preparing contracts for award, evaluating variation claims, and managing subcontractor payment claims.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in the procurement and management of subcontract packages for large-scale projects, effective contract negotiation skills, and a robust understanding of relevant legislation.

They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex contracts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and issuance of tender packages
  • Negotiation and preparation of contracts for award
  • Evaluation of variation claims
  • Management of subcontractor payment claims
Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
