Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Contract Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

The Contract Professional will be responsible for reviewing contract terms, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and facilitating smooth contract execution and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of contract variations, submissions, and insurances;

  • Coordinate the execution and administration of contracts, including managing changes to contract terms.
