This is a great opportunity to continue your CA career within a close-knit team. You'll work primarily on retail fit-out & refurbishment projects for some of Australia's leading retailers, drafting & negotiating Head Contract & subcontracts, providing advice regarding contractual obligations & reporting on compliance/seeking to minimise risk. You will work autonomously on smaller engagements & in a team on larger engagements, also providing project coordination support to help Prime Build achieve flawless execution of projects within the contract duration, within scope and under the assigned budget.

You will have strong commercial acumen, exceptional attention to detail & a sound understanding of contractual requirements to ensure that contracts meet legislative obligations. You'll be a self-driven, resourceful person who thrives in very fast-paced environments & takes pride in being part of a team that strives for excellence.


About You
  • Experience in Contracts Administration or similar in the commercial construction industry
  • Proven experience in the extremely fast-paced world of retail fit-out & refurbishment projects
  • Experienced in various contract types
  • Expert knowledge of contractual legal requirements & strong commercial acumen
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills
  • Self-driven & resourceful; a natural problem solver capable of working across multiple projects at once
  • Builds positive & productive relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency with industry software highly desirable (Jobpac, Procore, MS Project)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Building/Construction Management/relevant field OR Trade qualifications are essential
  • NOTE: This role is only open to those with full working rights in Australia
