\Helpers can play a key role in promoting employee relations and driving organisational change. We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to support our high-performing team, working closely with managers and employees to deliver HR-related services and initiatives.About the Opportunity:
\: This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Kenmore QLD. The role will involve managing employee relations cases, providing expert advice on HR matters, and maintaining accurate records of HR activity. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employment law and experience in handling complex advisory work. They will also be confident in communicating with senior leaders and other stakeholders across the organisation. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred, along with at least two years of experience in a generalist HR role.\Key Responsibilities:
\: \* Provide expert advice on HR matters including employee relations performance management and organisational change\* Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary and grievance matters\* Coach leaders on performance and people development\* Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to reporting and metrics\* Respond to HR enquiries and support tickets with timely practical advice\* Identify opportunities to improve and innovate people processes\* Collaborate across the People Culture team - Talent Systems ER IR and L&D\Requirements:
\: \* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field\* At least two years of experience in a generalist HR role\* Strong knowledge of employee relations award interpretation and HR legislation\* Confidence in managing both day-to-day queries and complex advisory work\* A can-do attitude resilience and a genuine desire to make a positive impact\Benefits:
