
People Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Partner to join our Brisbane manufacturing site.
- This role reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager and has a matrix reporting line to the HR Business Leader, Supply Chain.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Corporate People & Culture Team to achieve people outcomes.
About the RoleAs a dynamic business with a progressive culture, we are looking for an HR Advisor or HR Coordinator ready to step into a Business Partnering role.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing operational advice, support, and solutions on people matters to maintain cultural aspirations and build leadership capability.
- Implementing strategies and initiatives across talent planning, learning and development, culture, employment relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Partnering with leaders to support key ER/IR processes including performance management, absenteeism, workplace investigations, medical terminations, grievances, and EA negotiations.
- Supporting change management initiatives to ensure minimal industrial impact, strong employee engagement, and business continuity.
- Leading and coordinating training initiatives, particularly those aligned with the Supply Chain learning framework.
- Contributing to the development of, and facilitating, training for operational leaders to build leadership capability and behaviors.
- Participating in and leading local and organisation-wide People and Culture initiatives and projects.
- Providing relevant people metrics and advice to key stakeholders to support informed workforce planning decisions.

Key Skills and Qualifications include:
- A Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make sound recommendations.
