Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Partner to join our Brisbane manufacturing site.

  • This role reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager and has a matrix reporting line to the HR Business Leader, Supply Chain.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Corporate People & Culture Team to achieve people outcomes.

About the Role

As a dynamic business with a progressive culture, we are looking for an HR Advisor or HR Coordinator ready to step into a Business Partnering role.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing operational advice, support, and solutions on people matters to maintain cultural aspirations and build leadership capability.
  • Implementing strategies and initiatives across talent planning, learning and development, culture, employment relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Partnering with leaders to support key ER/IR processes including performance management, absenteeism, workplace investigations, medical terminations, grievances, and EA negotiations.
  • Supporting change management initiatives to ensure minimal industrial impact, strong employee engagement, and business continuity.
  • Leading and coordinating training initiatives, particularly those aligned with the Supply Chain learning framework.
  • Contributing to the development of, and facilitating, training for operational leaders to build leadership capability and behaviors.
  • Participating in and leading local and organisation-wide People and Culture initiatives and projects.
  • Providing relevant people metrics and advice to key stakeholders to support informed workforce planning decisions.
